Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk / Office Assistant, where your energetic and organized approach will be the first point of contact for patients. This vital part-time role ensures smooth daily operations by managing front desk and office responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will be the welcoming face of our office, providing exceptional customer service and efficient doctor support when needed. This is an active, people-focused position that offers an exciting opportunity to help impact people's health, happiness and wholeness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience. Answering phones, scheduling appointments and communicating professionally with patients. Maintaining an organized front desk, clean clinical environment, filing systems and supply inventory. Assisting with patient flow and daily clinical operations. Helping educate patients about clinic services and recommended care.
Requirements:
No chiropractic experience is required. We are happy to train the right person! Friendly, positive with good communication skills Dependable and punctual Attentive to details, organized and able to multitask in an active environment Comfortable working with children and families Interested in natural health and wellness Willing and excited to learn Takes initiative and possesses a proactive attitude Professional in both appearance and communication Able to work on their feet and move throughout the day Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Prior customer service experience and abilities are a plus High school education or equivalent Why Wakarusa Family Chiropractic?
