Service Tech Job Description Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the repair of agricultural and construction machinery & equipment assembly. They must perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. Tech must be able to diagnose and repair engines, power trains, electrical systems and hydraulic systems. Will be called upon to work on planters, combines, skid steers, tractors, hay tools and other various brands of equipment we provide. Repairs and assembles equipment Develops a repair plan before beginning each job Determines necessary parts, materials, tooling, etc. to complete job. Completes all written warranty and work order reports Communicates all repairs with manager Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion. Performs other tasks as assigned by manager Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
