Occasionally running breakdowns for customers as needed.

Involvement in open houses, info-seminars, trade shows and other customer related programs.

JOB PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Ascertaining service problems and services by listening to customers description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.Performing proficient repairs on construction and agriculture equipment (skid steers, mowers, tractors, etc.).Performing PDI and PM inspections and repairs on equipment for the Sales and Service teams.
