Jewel-Craft Inc. is growing and looking for skilled watch polisher to join our team! See why we have been named RJO Vendor of the year for a third year in a row! Role Description The Watch Polisher is responsible for restoring and refinishing watch cases, bracelets, clasps, and other exterior watch components to meet company and manufacturer quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the skilled use of polishing equipment to remove scratches, restore finishes, and enhance the appearance of customer timepieces while preserving their original design and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Polishes and refinishes watch cases, bracelets, clasps, and other exterior watch components using polishing wheels, brushes, compounds, and specialized finishing tools. Inspects watch components before and after polishing to identify imperfections and ensure quality standards are met. Removes scratches, surface blemishes, and wear while maintaining the original dimensions and characteristics of the watch. Collaborates with watchmakers and other team members to ensure repairs and restorations are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring tools and equipment remain in proper working condition. Tracks and meets established productivity and quality expectations. Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Experience & Skills A minimum of 2 years working on luxury watches Ability to work under pressure Ability to work with the rest of the watchmaking team, polishers and admin staff Why work for Jewel-Craft Inc?
