Responsibilities Assist with vision tests utilizing state of the art instruments. Assist patients in learning how to insert and remove contact lenses. Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Work with vision and medical insurance to find out the patient's responsibility. Provide patients with special annual supply pricing. Act as a great team member by being on time for shifts ready to work.
