Your premium skills in patient care and HIPAA compliance will ensure accurate intake procedures, patient testing. Leveraging your relevant skills in EMR systems, retail sales, and medical coding, you will contribute to efficient clinic operations and seamless medical record management. Responsibilities Assist with vision tests utilizing state of the art instruments. Assist patients in learning how to insert and remove contact lenses. Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Work with vision and medical insurance to find out the patient's responsibility. Provide patients with special annual supply pricing. Act as a great team member by being on time for shifts ready to work. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in office experience Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge Experience with patient care and retail sales Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical coding Ability to manage medical records and utilize EMR systems
