Your expertise will ensure customers receive top-notch service by diagnosing hardware issues, performing repairs, and providing technical support for smartphones, tablets , and other electronic gadgets. Duties Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and other consumer electronics and technical troubleshooting tools Perform repairs on smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets,and other electronic equipment with precision using hand tools Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, motherboards, and internal circuitry Replace or repair damaged parts including screens, batteries, connectors Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, offering troubleshooting support for smartphone issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures following company protocols Skills Proficiency in working with Android and iOS operating systems Experience with hardware diagnostics, soldering (electrical soldering), and equipment repair including printers and copiers Skilled in using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs and performing hardware maintenance tasks Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently across various devices Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills to deliver technical support clearly and professionally Familiarity with mobile device troubleshooting support including software updates Knowledge of operating systems' troubleshooting procedures to resolve software conflicts or malfunctionsJoin us if you're passionate about technology repair, eager to develop your technical expertise further, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
