About the Role PTS is an oil and gas services company specializing in well testing. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our shop team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily shop operations, equipment preparation, and maintenance. No prior experience required — we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Assist with the setup, maintenance, and repair of shop tools, machinery, and equipment Prepare equipment for shipment to job sites, including all spares and supplies Ensure equipment is clean, properly loaded, and in job-ready condition upon departure and return Help track and manage shop supplies and materials Assist with shipping and receiving, including completing appropriate paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders Process service orders as directed by the Division Manager Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Always follow all QHSE procedures and safety standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to work in a hands-on, physical environment Ability to read and follow instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
