This role supports the maintenance, repair, installation, and continuous improvement of our production equipment and facility infrastructure. No two days are the same. One day you may be troubleshooting a UV printer, the next running network cable for new cameras, repairing a laser, or helping fabricate equipment improvements. We're looking for someone with a solid mechanical and electrical foundation who enjoys solving problems and wants to continue learning new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (24V, 120V, wiring, multimeter use, etc.) Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Has strong mechanical aptitude Can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment At Completeful, we help eCommerce brands bring their products to life by producing, personalizing, and shipping thousands of orders every day from our Lafayette, Louisiana facility.
