This role is ideal for someone with foundational electrical and mechanical experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and learning new technologies. Our facility includes industrial lasers, UV printers, embroidery machines, woodworking equipment, warehouse systems, and general building infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of experience in equipment maintenance, electrical work, mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, automotive repair, construction trades, or a related technical field. Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical principles. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and common diagnostic equipment. Ability to use a multimeter and safely troubleshoot electrical circuits. Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and equipment manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and common diagnostic equipment. Ability to use a multimeter and safely troubleshoot electrical circuits. Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and equipment manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment. Assist with maintenance and repair of lasers, UV printers, engraving equipment, embroidery machines, and other production machinery. Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical components including motors, sensors, switches, relays, power supplies, and low-voltage wiring. Assist with facility maintenance projects including lighting, cameras, network cable runs, electrical work, and general building repairs. Build, modify, and improve production fixtures and equipment as needed. Respond to equipment downtime and help restore production quickly. Maintain maintenance records and document completed repairs. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
