Job Description
Complete Repair Orders, shop time tickets, swap out reports and all other paperwork as necessary. Responsible for ensuring the mechanics shop is kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for attending all safety meetings and following all safety policies and procedures. Perform all duties requested by the manager and be able to work with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills
- This is needed for mechanical troubleshooting programs. Good communication skills
- In order to provide good customer service and meet customer deadlines as well as keep operations informed of all equipment status. Operate Forklift & Overhead Crane
- This is required to be able to move equipment to service equipment. Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
- After hour call requires technicians to perform service work and meet customer needs with minimal supervision. Need reliable Transportation
- On call requires technician to go on road jobs to customer site. This requires the use of personal vehicle and technician will be reimbursed mileage. Minimum of 0-1 Years Mechanical Experience
- Required to know the basic functionality of an engine and how to service to manufacturer specifications Must have the basic understanding of: The theory, principles and repairs relating to internal combustion engines, electrical circuits, and mechanical mechanisms applying to the repair of power generation equipment.
