- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, including computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of repaired devices
- Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in electronics repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
