• Repair, upgrade, and program two-way radios
• Set up, adjust, and operate test equipment per procedure
• Monitor equipment performance
• Perform test runs and document radio/device performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using documented methods
• Collect and report test data; validate results

Mechanically inclined Experience with cell phone repair Laptop repair experience Networking and computer hardware skills

Education/Experience:

Knowledge of two-way radios RF communications expertise Understanding of RF and electronics theory Proficiency in Windows and Google Suite applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation Experience in repair center or customer service Team-oriented work style
