What You'll Do:

Sales First:

Actively engage customers and prioritize selling ZAGG products and services Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms. Provide technical support to customers in a retail environment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Open and close the store (depending on your shift) Help customers find the right accessories and screen protectors for their devices Partner and communicate with team members from major mobile carriers (Apple, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) Perform screen protector installations and, if trained, repairs on mobile devices Keep inventory accurate through regular counts Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready kiosk Stay up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends Report performance and provide feedback to store leadership
