Work side-by-side with engineering and production to resolve issues quickly. Apply precision measurement practices to confirm quality. Record all maintenance and repair activities accurately. Contribute to new tooling design and fabrication when required. Provide training and guidance to junior techs on safe, effective practices. Must-haves High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus. Five or more years in tool and die repair. Deep understanding of machining processes and materials.
