Wildlife Exclusion & Repair Technician

You show up early , not "on time" You're comfortable on ladders, roofs, attics, and crawlspaces You can work independently without being micromanaged You take responsibility when something goes wrong You care what your finished work looks like You can talk professionally with homeowners You'd rather do it right once than rush through it

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You're afraid of heights, tight spaces, or physical work You need constant supervision You blame tools, weather, customers, or "the last guy" You're just looking for a paycheck You struggle with reliability, punctuality, or accountability

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Wildlife exclusion and structural repair Ladder and roof work Sealing, screening, flashing, and repair Problem-solving on real homes with real consequences Representing our company professionally at client homes (You will be trained— but you must bring work ethic and attitude .)

IDEAL BACKGROUND

(NOT

REQUIRED

): Construction, roofing, carpentry, HVAC, exterior trades Military, farm, or hands-on technical background Comfortable with tools and physical work Pride in craftsmanship

REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE): Valid driver's license & clean driving record Drug-free Physically capable of ladder and roof work Reliable transportation Professional appearance & communication
