We specialize in fast, reliable repairs and take pride in providing a great customer experience from start to finish. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and helping customers. Position Summary We're looking for a Device Repair Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll diagnose problems, repair a wide range of electronic devices, and help customers find the right solution. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting electronics, and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with a growing local business. What You'll Do Work directly with customers to understand device issues and recommend solutions Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Clearly explain repair options, pricing, timelines, and outcomes to customers Identify opportunities for additional services or accessories when appropriate Maintain accurate parts and inventory records Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment organized Stay current with new devices, repair techniques, and industry tools Work closely with the team in a fast-paced retail environment What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Previous experience in electronics repair, retail, or customer service preferred Comfortable working with a variety of electronic devices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Soldering or board-level repair experience is a plus, but not required Able to work independently while also being a team player Willingness to learn new devices, technologies, and repair techniques Available to work weekends Able to lift up to 40 lbs Why Work With Us?
