Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team! If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in quality repairs, we'd love to hear from you. Experience working on RVs is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong mechanical background and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV systems and components Perform maintenance and preventative service Repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, roofing, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV components Complete inspections and document repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate professionally with service advisors and team members Qualifications RV repair experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is required Experience in automotive, diesel, marine, construction equipment, or similar trades is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment If you're looking for a long-term career where your skills are valued and every day brings something different, we'd love to meet you!
