Full Time Position Summary:

The Secondary History Teacher delivers engaging instruction in history and social studies, emphasizing critical thinking, research, civic literacy, and the development of students' understanding of historical and social concepts.

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a valid Secondary Michigan Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Social Studies (RX 6-12) or Social Science (CX 6-12). Additional secondary endorsement in a core subject area, such as Mathematics, preferred. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and students. Satisfactory completion of all required background checks is required, including: Criminal History Background Check Unprofessional Conduct Clearance (PA 189)
