Job Summary:
As a Technical Repairs employee at
ATEQ TPMS
Tools, you will be responsible for both diagnosing and repairing all TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) tools, ensuring the tools are working correctly before returning them to owner and maintaining an efficient turnaround time for ATEQ customers.
Hourly Rate:
$20- $21
Supervisory Responsibility:
None Responsibilities/Duties:
Directly responsible for building instruments based on provided technical development specifications within an Electrical/Mechanical environment Be able to follow all
ISO 9001
instructions and procedures to ensure quality standards are met when performing repairs Test all devices to ensure tool works properly prior to sending back out to the customer Manage service tracking Communicate with customers about the status of their repair(s) Provide all documentation to appropriate parties for adequate invoicing
Required Skills/Abilities:
Some College 2+ prior years of experience working within a Technical/Mechanical environment Must have an Electrical/ Mechanical and/or Technical acumen 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fast Paced Environment Work Independently Attention to detail Time Management Organization Skills Must have excellent communication skills.

Associates Degree Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
