Responsibilities:

Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast paced environment. Achieve sales targets by selling new and existing customers our products and services. Present products and services to potential clients and build relationships with them. Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics Repair smart phones by utilizing tools and processes to triage, determining the most effective method to repair then repairing the device Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including service and repair metrics Complete regular technical and non-technical coursework in curriculum path within the required timeframes Handle all areas of the sale's administration, including but not limited to: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, taking customer payments, and processing completed orders. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, keep the store looking nice, and contribute to a positive work environment. Understand customers needs and help them discover how our no contract products meet those needs Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals Multi-task in a fast paced team environment. Qualifications:

1-2 years previous sales experience (preferably retail cell phone sales) Great interpersonal skills in dealing with customers Minimum 1 year experience repairing Samsung , Android and Apple devices. Soldering Experience is a plus. Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours as well as holidays Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
