Service Manager Job Summary As a Field Service Technician, you will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance, and removal services on customer-owned beverage equipment. You will also build strong relationships with our customers and maintain the highest standards of service and customer service. Key Responsibilities- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a loosely structured environment. Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a new trade.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid MN driver's license and clean driving record. Skills & Competencies
- Clean, repair, and maintain soda and beer systems, including bar soda guns, bag-in-box racks, and carbonation/nitrogen systems.
- Assist with beer and soda system installations.
- Read and interpret schematics to accurately diagnose system problems and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assemble new equipment or replace faulty parts to restore optimal operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance schedules, and system performance.
- Participate in on-call rotation (every 4 weeks once fully trained). Physical Requirements
