Hand Sand - Cabinetry

Hand Sanding Position Hours:

6:00a-2:30p (overtime as required) Essential Functions Regular and on-time attendance for full shift schedule Seek and perform alternate, productive tasks to keep busy during unexpected down time Use orbital sander and other tools to prepare various wood parts for finishing Correctly identify and apply label to doors (and identify hinge locations as needed) Correctly identify and sort cabinets and compartments to order Retrieve, offload and stack pallets from downstream departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Ability to work with others as part of a team Accurately use tape measure and other measuring devices Ability to perform basic math functions Be able to accurately extract calculations from charts Ability to distinguish between various wood species We are in our sixth generation of family ownership and have a culture of family with 12+ years average employee tenure!
