- Makes the changes and personal investments to excel long-term Job Summary The position of Service Technician includes setup, programming, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of communication equipment including mobiles, base stations, repeaters, paging terminals, consoles, microwave links, and antenna systems.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and ability required to successfully perform the job will be considered Two+ years' experience with radio systems technology or a related field with emphasis on systems maintenance, trouble-shooting and programming Associate's with major course work in Electronics, Communications Technology Ability to use various test equipment including system analyzer Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow employees Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and move freely in the performance of the job Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, required to move 125 pounds from time to time Proficient computer skills Work Environment Work is performed in various settings at customer sites, communications tower sites and at our office locations.
