This role involves performing repairs and inspections on various exterior components of residential properties, including asphalt shingles, siding, windows, and decks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction, be comfortable working on roofs, and possess the ability to supervise projects effectively. This position requires daily travel within the Twin Cities 7-county metro area, with no need to report to an office. Duties Conduct repairs on asphalt shingles, siding, windows, and decks to maintain property integrity and appearance. Supervise exterior projects to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed. Inspect properties to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Walk on roofs and perform work at various heights safely and efficiently. Coordinate daily travel from home to different job sites within the metro area. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and recommendations. Skills Prior experience in exterior repairs or related construction work. Comfortable walking on roofs and working at heights. General understanding of construction practices related to roofing, siding, windows, and decks. Ability to supervise projects and ensure safety compliance. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities metro area, or a vehicle will be provided.
