As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and technical expertise. Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on propane, petroleum and HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other tools. Conduct field service visits at client sites to install, calibrate, and repair propane and HVAC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Operate various mechanical tools Collaborate with customers to provide technical sales support by explaining equipment features and recommending solutions based on analysis skills. Skills Extensive experience in these fields is a plus Strong knowledge of propane and HVAC systems is a plus Excellent customer service skills combined with effective analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues. Fluency in English is required for clear communication with team members and clients.
