We provide professional handyman services, home maintenance, home safety modifications, and repair solutions that help seniors age safely in place while supporting busy families throughout our community. We are looking for a dependable Home Service Technician who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values treating customers with respect. This position is ideal for a skilled handyman or home repair professional looking for steady work, regular hours, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is building a reputation for excellence from the ground up. What You'll Do Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects Complete work involving drywall repair, painting, flooring, doors, trim, and general carpentry Perform minor plumbing and minor electrical repairs Assist with home safety modifications and accessibility improvements Diagnose problems and provide practical solutions Maintain a clean and safe work environment Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the TruBlue brand Qualifications Minimum 3 years of paid handyman, home repair, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience Experience with multiple residential trades Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults Must provide and maintain personal hand tools What We Offer Steady year-round work Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Company uniforms Strong office support No marketing or customer prospecting responsibilities Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Craftsman roles Opportunity to grow with a new locally owned business Who We're Looking For We are looking for professionals our customers would feel comfortable leaving alone in their home.
