This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery and systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for delivering above average customer service and technical solutions. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on appliances, including, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and freezers. Assist with technical support by providing expert advice on appliance maintenance and upgrades. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams as needed, to execute repairs accurately.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to safety standards, including handling refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations. Qualifications Must be licensed refrigerator technician

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, gas components, and mechanical systems.

Tool Proficiency:

Skill in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is typical; experience in mechanical or electrical work is highly valued.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers in their homes.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift heavy appliances (often up to 75 pounds) and work in cramped spaces.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
