Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Technician specializing in plumbing services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing solutions to our clients, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can apply your skills to solve real-world plumbing challenges. Duties Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and installations at client sites. Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and determine appropriate solutions. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to industry standards. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, maintenance procedures, and recommendations. Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services or upgrades during client visits. Experience Proven experience in plumbing service or related technical field required. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid relevant licenses or certifications are a plus but not mandatory for all roles. Requirements Must hold a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record. Must be punctual. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Must be a team-player. Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with both teammates and customers alike.
