Job Summary Plumbing Service Technician Milam Plumbing, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time hourly position for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting plumbing issues, making repairs, communicating with customers, and handling a variety of residential service calls throughout the day. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Troubleshoot leaks, drainage problems, water heater issues, fixture concerns, and other plumbing problems Perform general plumbing repairs and replacements Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff Explain findings and recommended repairs to customers Complete accurate service notes and documentation Take appropriate jobsite photos Maintain an organized and properly stocked company vehicle Follow company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes Provide professional and courteous service in customers' homes What We're Looking For Previous residential plumbing/service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Good communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, organized, and motivated Willingness to work as part of a team Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time hourly position with competitive pay based on experience.
