Job Description
Quality Pressure Washing & Cleaning Services LLC is hiring a dependable Service Technician / Route Driver to join our commercial pressure washing team. This position is for someone who can drive one of our service trucks , lead or work with a crew, and complete commercial cleaning jobs for restaurants, businesses, fleets, sidewalks, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, buildings, and other commercial properties. We are looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and willing to work nights, early mornings, and some travel routes when needed. Job Responsibilities As a Service Technician / Route Driver, you will: Drive a company pressure washing truck to job locations Operate hot water pressure washing equipment Clean concrete, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, sidewalks, buildings, fleet vehicles, and commercial properties Load and unload hoses, surface cleaners, chemicals, and equipment Follow job instructions and complete work to company standards Take before and after pictures when needed Communicate with management about job progress, equipment issues, or customer concerns Keep the truck clean, organized, and stocked Follow all company safety procedures Requirements Valid driver's license required Must have a good driving record Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to drive a box truck or similar commercial-style vehicle Must be able to work nights, early mornings, and some weekends when needed Must be able to lift, pull, and carry hoses and equipment Must be comfortable working outside in different weather conditions Pressure washing experience is helpful but not required Mechanical ability is a plus Must be able to work as part of a team What We're Looking For We need someone who takes pride in their work, can follow directions, and understands that our customers depend on us to show up and do the job right. This is not a sit-down job. It requires physical work, responsibility, and attention to detail. Schedule Schedule may vary depending on route and customer needs. Most commercial pressure washing work is completed during evening, overnight, early morning, or weekend hours. Pay Pay is based on experience, driving ability, and work performance. Experience-based pay available.
