Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Install and Repair Technician to join our expanding and dynamic Gutter Installation and Repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gutters and related systems on residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that drainage systems function efficiently, protecting buildings from water damage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in the beautiful coastal North Carolina Region, utilize a variety of hand and power tools, and contribute to high-quality construction projects. A strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role. Duties Install new gutter systems according to specifications and construction plans using hand tools, power tools, and ladders Repair or replace damaged gutters, downspouts, and related components ensuring proper drainage flow Measure dimensions accurately with tape measures to ensure precise fitting of gutter sections and accessories Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately Conduct routine inspections of existing gutter systems to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance or repairs Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installation projects while maintaining safety standards Requirements Proven experience in gutter installation and repair with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures Knowledge of construction management principles, estimating techniques, and interpreting technical drawings Experience with building material installation including tile masonry, stucco, trim carpentry, framing, masonry work, flooring installation, and cabinet installation is a plus Familiarity with CompanyCam is a bonus Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Construction site experience with safety awareness and adherence to protocols Additional skills such as plumbing, electrical experience, remodeling expertise or experience with plastering and caulking will enhance your candidacy Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a tangible impact by safeguarding properties from water damage.
