What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns. Perform repairs according to Genesis and manufacturer specifications. Complete inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations. Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures. Produce accurate repair documentation and technician videos. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations. Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality. Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians when appropriate. Keep current on Genesis technology and complete required manufacturer training. Qualifications We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft.

Preferred qualifications include:

3+ years of professional automotive technician experience. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. ASE Certifications preferred, but not required. Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
