Role Overview The Service Technician is responsible for executing the hands-on work that keeps vehicles running safely and efficiently. This role operates primarily in the lower bay and under the hood, supporting the team through consistent, high-quality execution. You'll be expected to stay focused, work efficiently, and contribute to a strong, reliable team environment. Who We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you: Prefer hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift Take pride in doing things right — not just getting them done Stay focused and efficient, even during busy periods Work well as part of a team and communicate clearly Show up consistently and ready to work What You'll Be Responsible For Perform oil changes, fluid services, and tire rotations Work in the pit and under the hood daily Complete safety checks and basic vehicle inspections Replace batteries, filters, lights, and wipers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate with upper bay and team members to keep workflow moving Interact with customers as needed in a professional, respectful manner What You Bring Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfort with physical, fast-paced work Attention to detail and consistency in execution Reliability and accountability to your team Ability to follow safety procedures at all times Experience & Requirements Technician experience is a plus, not required Paid training provided for all experience levels Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends Full-time, up to 40 hours per week Must be located near the job site

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
