Video Game Repair Technician Level 1 & 2 Troubleshoot and repair video game consoles, controllers and accessories using a variety of test equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with a team.
- Repairing consoles controllers and accessories.
- Documenting repairs.
Must be able to solder. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft products. Ability to learn on the fly and troubleshoot. 1. answer customer or public inquiries 2. communicate technical information 3. communicate visually or verbally 4. complete time or attendance forms 5. distinguish colors 6. examine files or documents to obtain information 7. modify work procedures or processes to meet deadlines 8. read technical drawings 9. retrieve files or charts 10. stock or organize goods 11. understand technical operating, service or repair manuals 12. use computers to enter, access or retrieve data 13. work as a team member Previous Game console repair or computer PCB repair required for a level 2 position.
