Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. This role requires hands-on experience in the field, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Tractors, Ag Equipment and other mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot problems related to air conditioning, and any related break downs of tractors and other ag equipment Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments including residential and commercial properties. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in Ag maintenance. Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Experience with field service operations is preferred.
