Job Description

Overview Ropa North America LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Pre Employment Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid drivers license Must have a social security card Must have a clean driving record Must be able to obtain a CDL (Minimum of chauffer's license) Must have a valid medical card Must have good hygiene Must have transportation to and from work Must be able to pass a drug test Must be able to work well with others Must be able to work overtime during harvest Must provide own tools Must be able to obtain a passport Must be able to travel out of state if needed Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. Diagnose issues using specialized tools and equipment. Assist customers and perform repairs in the field during harvesting season. Utilize a multimeter to test electrical systems and components. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficiency in using a multimeter for electrical measurements. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with various types of equipment and their maintenance requirements is preferred. Basic welding and fabricating skills
