• Traveling Window & Door Service Technician Job Type:

  Full-Time

• Direct Hire Travel:

  Required
• 5-10 days per month We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Traveling Service Technician to service and repair windows and doors at customer locations.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide great customer service while working in the field. What You'll Be Doing Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair window and door issues Troubleshoot problems and determine the best repair solution Adjust, repair, and replace window and door components Replace hardware, glass, weatherstripping, seals, and other parts as needed Perform service work on previously installed products Communicate directly with customers about issues and repairs Document completed service work and needed parts Work independently while managing scheduled service calls Coordinate with the service team on repairs, parts, and follow-up visits Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle What We're Looking For Previous experience with windows, doors, construction, carpentry, installation, maintenance, or service work preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to accurately measure and make adjustments in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently Willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight travel Valid driver's license with a good driving record Dependable, professional, and able to represent the company well when working with customers Great Fit for

Window and door installation, finish carpentry, construction, building maintenance, residential service, field service, glazing, or other mechanically focused trades.
