Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Water Utility Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations including water treatment, water and sewer maintenance and repair, meter reading, grounds maintenance, and snow removal. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist with water treatment operations. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Building and grounds maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Water and sewer maintenance and repair operations. Snow removal operations Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in Public Works is preferred. A valid Driver's license Grade 1 Water Treatment and Distributions Experienced in water and sewer repairs Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
