Required qualifications/skills:
High school diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age Able to read write, speak, and understand English Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical/electronics knowledge Comfortable with hand tools Experience repairing arcade/vending/similar equipment preferred Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Keep the Games Going As an Arcade Technician, you'll help keep the fun flowing by maintaining, repairing, and fine-tuning arcade games and related equipment so guests can play without pause.
Key responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair arcade games, simulators, redemption and prize equipment Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software/PC-based issues Swap parts, calibrate machines, and verify they meet manufacturer specs Respond quickly to malfunctions during operating hours; reset/reboot or take games offline when needed Track repair notes, parts usage, and maintenance logs; support installs, removals, and layout changes Help ensure safe operation, report hazards, and coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs If you like fixing things fast and keeping the arcade buzzing, apply today.
