Wildlife Exclusion /
Repair Service Technician Overview:
Randy and Bill's Wildlife Control is seeking a skilled and dedicated Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and effective exclusion of wildlife from residential and commercial properties, along with performing necessary repairs to prevent future intrusions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or related fields, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to responsible wildlife management.

Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and responsible solutions to nuisance wildlife issues while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior property inspections, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces, to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities Install exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other preventative barriers Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and related structures Utilize humane trapping and relocation techniques when necessary Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions Provide clear explanations and walkthroughs of completed work with customers Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus) Valid driver's license Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related trades preferred Ability to work independently in the field Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic proficiency with mobile apps and job-related software
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel in company vehicle to multiple job sites daily Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely climb ladders and access roofs Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling in tight spaces Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Capability to navigate uneven terrain, attics, and crawlspaces safely Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and team members Start a rewarding career with Randy and Bill's Wildlife Control and be part of a team committed to doing wildlife control the right way!
