Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of consumer electronics including smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, printers, copiers, and other electronic devices using schematics and technical manuals Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to identify issues accurately Conduct repairs involving electrical soldering, component replacement, hand tool usage, and hardware maintenance to restore devices to optimal functioning Support mobile device troubleshooting including smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets, and other portable electronics Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, offering product recommendations, and supporting technical troubleshooting support both in-store and in-field Assist customers with retail sales of consumer electronics by demonstrating product features and answering technical questions about hardware and software compatibility Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings to ensure quality control and accurate documentation Skills Proficiency in repairing various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and desktop computer repair techniques Experience with mobile phone repair, smartphone troubleshooting support, and consumer electronics diagnostics Skilled in using hand tools for electronics repair as well as electrical soldering for circuit board work Ability to interpret schematics for complex electronic devices and perform analysis to identify faults quickly Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities to explain technical issues effectively Familiarity with printer and copier repair along with general field service experience in electronics maintenance Technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, IT support tasks, and equipment repair processes Strong analysis skills to assess device problems accurately and recommend appropriate solutions Join us to become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier electronic repairs combined with exceptional customer experiences.
