Job Description

CABINET SERVICE TECHNICIAN - FULL-TIME A
measuring/service technician will be responsible for providing technical repairs and service work in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform service, warranty work, and adjustments on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry in the field. Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. Take field measurements and relay information to in-office kitchen layout designers. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and clients. Communicate with in-office order processing personnel as well as the Plant Manager to speedily rectify service issues Qualifications Results and action oriented. Problem solving skills; ability to manage process. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment. Ability to read project plans and drawings. Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships/customer service with building superintendents and subcontractors. Good oral and written communication and organizational skills. Personable, good customer service skills Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Able to touch up cabinets is a plus Education and/or Experience Minimum of a high school diploma. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of field experience i.e., carpentry, cabinet installation and service. (Willing to train the right person)

Customer service: 1 year (Required) Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred) Construction Experience (Perferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required) Compensation Salary commensurate with experience.
