Role Description Vookum is hiring a Luxury Watch Expert to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on inspecting and verifying timepieces as they move through our doors. If you know luxury watches well enough to know exactly what to look for, this is a role where that expertise takes center stage. What you'll do Inspect and verify luxury watches on intake and outgoing, ensuring each piece matches its documentation Assess the condition, completeness, and authenticity of every timepiece Identify discrepancies, replaced parts, or anything that doesn't look right Keep accurate, detailed records of each piece moving in and out Work closely with the team to maintain quality and turnaround standards What we're looking for Deep knowledge of luxury watches and what sets genuine pieces apart Hands-on experience with major brands preferred (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and similar) 2-3 years working with luxury watches in a retail or dealer setting preferred Experience with listing on eBay or similar online marketplaces Experience with CRM/inventory management software Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred A strong eye for authentication and detail Familiarity with proper handling of high-value pieces Reliability, discretion, and a commitment to accuracy Check us out on social media:
