Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on mobile devices including Android and iOS smartphones to identify hardware and software issues. Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal hardware using hand tools and soldering techniques. Conduct hardware maintenance on various consumer electronics like tablets, laptops, printers, copiers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows) to resolve software glitches and ensure optimal device performance. Use schematics and technical manuals to analyze circuit boards and perform electrical soldering for precise repairs. Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile devices, desktop computers, printers, copiers, and related equipment in retail or field service settings. Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
