Were seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Service Technician to join our fast-paced Quick Lane team. In this role, youll perform routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, battery replacements, and fluid services. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately. Identify additional maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to the Quick Lane Advisor. Operate shop equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and safety standards. Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain productivity standards while ensuring quality workmanship. Assist with shop organization, equipment upkeep, and inventory control as needed. Uphold Power Fords commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
