A Precision or Fine Instrument Repairer makes, calibrates, repairs, maintains, adjusts and installs mechanical watches and clocks, and nautical, meteorological, optical and other precision instruments and equipment, and sets them for correct performance.
Gallup Eye Group is seeking an experienced individual for our optical department. An experienced staff, well established clinic, and a detailed training process is waiting for you. An outgoing personality that works well in a team setting is a must. Sales experience preferred. ABO certification, optical experience, and business or sales experience are all helpful, but not required.

Applications without resumes will not be considered. Job Duties Assists patients in selecting eyeglasses frames in accordance with prescription specifications, desired use, and facial structure. Adjusts, repairs, dispenses frames. Orders and tracks lenses in a timely manner. Organizes and replenishes frame boards. Assists in frame inventory, reorders, and meeting with vendors Help other departments as needed and as available. Required Experience Outgoing, friendly, great at interacting with a wide range of ages, personalities, and needs; and able to work with a team.
Preferred:
ABO certification; sales or business leadership. Fluent in Spanish or Navajo would be a plus.
