Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Behavioral Health Lead to oversee and coordinate comprehensive mental health and behavioral care services within our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while advancing your leadership skills in behavioral health. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the BH department.
  • Manage employee schedules.
  • Support the work of the BH Medical Assistant and BH Medical Receptionist and fill in for both as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with BH Directors. Requirements
  • Kindness, empathy and professionalism working with BH patients
  • Knowledge of clinic procedures and electronic health record
  • Confidence with fast-paced phone systems and scheduling
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Prior management experience.
