Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Behavioral Health Lead to oversee and coordinate comprehensive mental health and behavioral care services within our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while advancing your leadership skills in behavioral health. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the BH department.
- Manage employee schedules.
- Support the work of the BH Medical Assistant and BH Medical Receptionist and fill in for both as needed.
- Collaborate closely with BH Directors. Requirements
- Kindness, empathy and professionalism working with BH patients
- Knowledge of clinic procedures and electronic health record
- Confidence with fast-paced phone systems and scheduling
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Prior management experience.
Pay:
$21.00- $30.
