Turner Staffing Group is seeking an on-site, project-based IT Service Desk Technician to support a large-scale technology initiative for one of our mining industry clients in the Elko, Nevada area. This is an on-site, project-based assignment expected to last approximately 12 months , supporting end-user computing environments across active industrial operations. This role is ideal for hands-on IT professionals who enjoy hardware deployment, desktop support, and working directly with end users in a fast-paced operational environment. Position Summary The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for the configuration, installation, imaging, and support of personal computers and desktop software systems . The role focuses on daily maintenance activities, device remediation, and ensuring reliable end-user computing performance.
