Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining robotic vacuums with electronic and mechanical devices. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with electronic and mechanical devices through systematic troubleshooting. Perform repairs and maintenance upon diagnosis, ensuring functionality standards are met. Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used in the repair process. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance service quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and other protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of computers, electronic systems, or mechanical devices. Ability to learn diagnostic tools and processes . Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Some college or equivalent, or technical certifications are a plus.
